These Terms govern your use of the Gym Tycoon mobile game ("the Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Your account
Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device and Google account secure.
3. Virtual items & purchases
The Game includes virtual currency and items (e.g. coins, gems) and optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or Google Play policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its servers, and do not use names or content that are offensive, infringing, or contain personal information.
5. Ads
The Game shows optional rewarded ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
6. Availability & changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time, and we may update these Terms. Continued play after changes means you accept them.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
