Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Gym Tycoon account and the data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
Email erolrony91@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Google sign-in, with the subject "Gym Tycoon account deletion". We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting.
What gets deleted
On your request we permanently delete the data we store for your account on our game server:
- Your account record (Google account identifier and email, if stored).
- Your cloud save (game progress).
- Your published gym snapshot and any social/tip records.
- Your push-notification token.
- Your sign-in/session tokens.
What this does not cover
- The local save on your own device — uninstall the app or clear its data to remove it.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that are not linked to your identity.
- Records third parties keep under their own policies — Google (Google account data & privacy), Meta (Ad preferences), our ad-mediation partner Yodo1 (Yodo1 Privacy Policy), AppLovin (AppLovin privacy data request) and the other ad networks listed in our Privacy Policy. Manage or delete those directly with each provider; resetting or deleting your device's Advertising ID also unlinks ad data from your device.
Timeline
We process deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, basic transaction records).
